2. Eligibility for Refund

a. Digital Products

Refunds are not available for instantly downloadable products once purchased unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

b. Online Courses

Refunds are considered only if the course content has not been accessed. Once any part of the course is accessed, refunds are not applicable.

c. Services

For project-based services, refunds are considered:

Before Work Begins: Full refunds are issued for cancellations before work starts.

During Work: Refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Administrative fees may apply.

After Completion: No refunds are issued post-project delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

Delays or issues caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required details or approvals).

Changes in project scope after the work has commenced.

Dissatisfaction due to unclear instructions provided at the start.

Requests for additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Submit a Request: Email refunds@digicora.store with your order details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund.
Evaluation: Our team will assess your request and respond within 7 business days.
Decision: If approved, the refund will be processed per the outlined terms.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS.
